This demo will show you examples/templates (real life) of state-of-the-art use of Adobe interactive forms for Employee Performance Management purposes and Talent Management purposes. The demo will show you how a Profesional Services Firm is using this SAP enabled solution for its own organisations of 2500 employees. Different features and tools can be shown directly upon demand.
The successful combination of a 'state of the art' front-end application with a new and standard back-SAP module is unique in his kind. As a result, the presentation will consist both of a recommended approach, real examples of forms and templates that have been produced and tips & tricks to achieve the projected results.
On the one hand, we will show how intuitive, user-friendly and flexible a user-interface (look and feel) towards end users can be when using the latest features and functions that are offered by Adobe Interactive Forms to a maximum extent. On the other hand, we will show as well what the possibilities are of the 'Objective Setting and Appraisal (OSA)' module in SAP. This as well will be a 'trigger' towards the audience as this client (Deloitte itself) has implemented this module being an 'early adopter' and can be considered as 'exemplary' towards other clients who are interested in this Talent Management Module within SAP.
